From your first inquiry to the moment your gallery lands in your inbox, here's exactly what working together looks like.

One of the first things I hear from couples after they book is that they had no idea what to expect from the process. Wedding photography feels like a big decision, and honestly, it is. So I want to take the mystery out of it entirely. Here is exactly what working together looks like from start to finish.

The Inquiry Call

When you reach out, the first step is a quick inquiry call. This is required to move forward with booking, and honestly it's one of my favorite parts of the process. It's a chance for us to actually talk through your day, get a feel for each other, and make sure we're a good fit before anything is official. After our call, I'll send over my pricing guide so you can look through your package options and take your time deciding.

Choosing Your Package and Making It Official

Once you've had a chance to look through everything and decide on a package, we make it official. You'll sign your contract and pay your deposit to secure your date. That's it, your date is yours and we're locked in.

Your Wedding Guide

Shortly after booking I send over my wedding guide. This is a resource I put together to help you navigate the planning process from a photography standpoint. It covers everything from how to think about your timeline to tips for getting the most out of your wedding day photos.

Engagement Session

If your package includes an engagement session, we'll get that scheduled. Before your session I send over an outfit guide to help you feel confident and prepared going into it. Engagement sessions are also a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera before your wedding day, which makes a real difference when it counts.

The 30-Day Questionnaire

About a month before your wedding I send you a detailed questionnaire. This is where I gather everything I need to know about your day: your timeline, your venue details, your family formal list, your wedding party, and any specific moments that matter most to you. From there I build your custom timeline and send it over for your review. We refine it together until it feels right.

The Final Call

One week before your wedding we get on a call to go through the timeline and go over any final details. By this point most of the planning is behind you and this call is really just about making sure we're both walking into your wedding day completely prepared. It's also a good time to ask any last-minute questions and settle your nerves a little.

Your Wedding Day

On your wedding day my job is to make sure you barely notice I'm there, except for when you need me. I work in a natural, documentary style for most of the day and step in with gentle direction when it helps. You won't feel posed or stiff. You'll feel like yourselves, and that's exactly what shows up in the photos.

Sneak Peeks Within 72 Hours

Within 72 hours of your wedding day I'll send over a set of sneak peeks. Because I know waiting is hard, and you deserve to relive a few of those moments as soon as possible.

Your Full Gallery in 6 to 8 Weeks

Your full edited gallery will be delivered through Pixieset within 6 to 8 weeks. You'll get a beautiful online gallery you can share with family and friends, download your images from, and order prints directly through.

From your first message to your final gallery, my goal is for the whole experience to feel easy and taken care of. You have enough to think about when you're planning a wedding. Working with your photographer shouldn't add to that list.
